Utility wire incident with truck on Constitution Drive

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews and EMS were dispatched for a possible utility hazard involving wires near the (number withheld) block of Constitution Drive. Units later reported that a patient in Latrobe would be flown out after apparently being struck by a truck that still had a wire attached. A separate neighbor complaint was also handled near Chestnut Street.
