Dispatchet 306. Dispatchet 306. Welfare check[1] at 126, Cameron Circle Apartments, Apartment A. F caller stated that you can hear kids and they're screaming. that the adults are being ugly to them. She also stated that she had reigned in one of the kids and one of the kids said that they get spanked a lot and hit a lot. I can hear them cussing and then talking through the walls. The kids are ages between four to five months and teenagers and five to six years old.
