Two patients with altered consciousness at sugar mill

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were sent to the Old Sugar Mill in Clarksburg after reports of a patient with altered consciousness. A second patient was later reported, and an additional ambulance was requested to assist at the scene.
