Suspicious SUV reported on rail trail in Clarksburg

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of an apparent suspicious silver Toyota SUV with two men inside parked on the rail trail behind a roofing business on Stadium Drive. The caller did not approach the vehicle or get a license plate or subject descriptions.
