Intoxicated man exposing himself on Harrison Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to the area near Harrison Street for a reported intoxicated man who was urinating on properties and exposing himself. The man was said to be carrying an open container and was last seen walking toward Point Street.
