Reckless driver runs red lights, nearly hits pedestrian

As discussed during the dispatch call, police received a report of a reckless driver in a maroon SUV on Eastern Boulevard westbound from the I-65 northbound area toward the Second Street Bridge. The vehicle was reportedly running red lights and nearly hit a pedestrian.
