Suspicious vehicles with unauthorized lights reported

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of suspicious vehicles on Highway 79 near Highway N, including a black GMC Sierra with Illinois plates and a black Impala without plates, both reportedly showing red and blue lights in the rear window.
