Group of e-bikes weaving through traffic at park

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a park on Stearns Road in Clay for a reported traffic complaint involving a group of e-bike riders swerving in and out of traffic and doing wheelies behind vehicles before pulling into the park.
