Active disturbance with reported shooting threats near Ramsey Dr in Clay

As discussed during the dispatch call, clay units were dispatched for an active disturbance near Ramsey Dr. Dispatch advised a very irate caller reported a male outside had threatened to kill him, and the caller was reportedly making repeated threats to shoot the male. It was also stated the caller would be armed.
