Disturbance reported involving possible rideshare driver

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a 911 report of a possible disturbance, possibly involving a rideshare driver, near a highway mile marker and the Kentucky Street area. Officers searched the area but were unable to make contact and the scene was cleared.
