Pregnant woman reportedly struck in stomach near 19th Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a report of an assault/medical-violence call involving a pregnant woman reportedly hit in the stomach near 19th Avenue and Phillips Avenue in Clearlake. PD initially advised no staging, but the call was later updated to require staging.
