Report of smoke behind clinic, no fire found

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews checked reports of black smoke behind a health clinic near Olympic Drive and Blue Gum Street. Fire and medical units, along with law enforcement, searched the area but were unable to locate any apparent smoke or fire.
