Person in cardiac arrest near Clearwater Township

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a reported cardiac arrest near County Road 7 Northwest in Clearwater Township, with CPR apparently in progress. Responding units were later canceled by a deputy on scene.
