She said between Triton and Cedar, there were three kids in the middle of the roadway, and they were beating somebody up. She also stated that she was near a police movement. So again, with the approximate location. First sent Silsby near a police department. When I asked which police department, she said Cleveland Heights. She then advised that it was Silsby and Edgerton, and then she said it might have been closer to Cedar on Silsby. And she couldn't provide any other description.
