Around 241 hours, caller states there was a dog. There is a dog left in unit 2725. Division Avenue 2725, Division Avenue Unit 596. Our state there's a dog left in the unit. With feces laying everywhere, starving, the owner isn't taken care of it. Safe management has been advised, and the kennel has been out, but they only left the door tags. Colonel's radio advice, they will not come out for it. The call in the morning. They were closed. We have yet to reach out to Kennels on this shift.
