Teens found trespassing in building near Cedar and Ashland

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near Cedar Avenue and Ashland Road for two juveniles and an 18-year-old reportedly trespassing in a building. They coordinated how to safely release a juvenile who could not reach her parents, working to contact family and determine if she could be released to an adult on scene or taken to the district for pickup.
