Tree branches down on Columbia Avenue roadway

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic indicates a fallen tree has left large branches partly in the roadway and on the sidewalk near Columbia Avenue. There are no exposed wires, and the situation appears non-emergency while public works is notified to remove the debris.
