Unconscious man found slumped in parked car on wrong side

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers requested units and medical personnel to check on an apparently unconscious adult man slumped over in a dark gray Toyota Corolla parked on the wrong side of the street near (number withheld) Road and Rude Avenue in Clifton, Colorado. The vehicle was not running and the man’s breathing was reported as unknown.
