A resident near Lincoln Street and Lorraine Avenue reported hearing a loud boom and then losing power in the neighborhood. Police checked the area and confirmed a power outage from Lincoln Street towards the dead end of Lorraine Avenue and also on Otis Street. No downed poles, trees, or visible damage were found. Officers advised contacting the utility company National Grid to address the outage.
