As discussed during the dispatch call, police respond to a report of a possible unsupervised child near North Crosby Avenue and Mineral Point Avenue. A caller says a scared minor gave a name and said they lived at an apartment on High Street, but the apartment appeared empty when checked. The caller plans to meet officers outside the building.

He since went back into the apartment and the RP advised it doesn't appear as though anyone is inside that apartment.
