Now they saw it on Carlton Avenue by 4th Street, walking Kirk Pinehurst, and he seemed to kind of try and wave them over, but they kept continuing driving. See, they just thought someone should be aware of it. He was walking toward Pinehurst. Those guys are a white male wearing black t-shirt pants and a long beard. 5.53. 5. 52 grab his. Good.
