Suspicious activity said earlier on 10th Street, they saw a male walking up and down the roadway, and they stopped earlier and asked what he was doing, and they told RP was looking for kids. Now they saw it on Carlton Avenue by 4th Street, walking Kirk Pinehurst, and he seemed to kind of try and wave them over, but they kept continuing driving.
