Juveniles on e-bikes/electric motorcycles ride recklessly; brief pursuit initiated then canceled

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were broadcast information regarding juveniles riding e-bikes in the roadway, last seen southbound on Peach. Follow-up radio traffic described three electric motorcycles/e-bikes riding recklessly (running a red light and stop sign and using sidewalks) through the Peach/Helm/Willow area and nearby streets. An officer indicated a reckless pursuit was being initiated, then the incident was later canceled. No injuries were mentioned.
