Suspicious persons detained behind TJ Maxx store

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a suspicious person call at a retail store near Herndon Avenue in Clovis. Two individuals were contacted near a dumpster enclosure behind the business and were later detained while their possible warrants were confirmed.
