As discussed during the dispatch call, a woman in her 20s was reported acting strangely near Hoberg Drive and Blue's Corner in Amherst, barefoot and accompanied by three dogs. She claimed to be pursued by the FBI and was last seen walking on Angely Way. No weapons were observed.
