Unconscious patient reported at East McKenzie Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical units were dispatched in Coburg to a high-priority call about an unconscious patient near East McKenzie Street and North Diamond. One medic unit diverted and another had already been en route for several minutes.
