Man seizing and unconscious at Cochiti Lake home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to a residence near Shemar Monroe U Place in the Cochiti Lake area for a medical emergency involving a 37-year-old man who had reportedly experienced a seizure but was conscious and breathing when units were dispatched.
