Smoking vehicle on I-390 near Cohocton River bridge

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to a possible vehicle fire on I-390 northbound near the Overlook and Cohocton River bridge. The vehicle was reported on the roadside, smoking heavily and leaking oil, with no visible flames at the time of the call.
