Suspicious vehicle parked at Colchester gas station

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a gray truck parked outside a store in Colchester. A caller reported the vehicle had been there for several hours with a man inside who had not gotten out and was staring at people. An officer who had previously contacted the man said he would return to speak with him again.
