Assault victim at residence on Woodbine by the Lake

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical and police units were dispatched to an apparent assault victim near Woodbine by the Lake in Colchester. Responders initially staged nearby until police reported the scene was secure, then were cleared to enter and assist the victim.
