Man with chest pain and high blood pressure falls at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS personnel were dispatched to a possible address near South Street or Sycamore Road in the Callaway Heights area for a 58-year-old man who reportedly fell and is experiencing chest pain with high blood pressure.
