Children find back door open at Cold Spring home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported burglary at a home on 5th Avenue North after children arrived to find the back door open and dogs let out of their kennels. The caller requested a walkthrough to make sure no one was inside who should not be there.
