Ex-partner uses credit card through mobile payment app

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of possible credit card fraud near Desert Lake Drive in Cold Springs. A caller reported that an ex-partner was allegedly using the victim’s Apple Pay and continuing to make purchases totaling about $100, while the victim contacts the bank to stop the payments.
