Person with neck wounds at Coldwater Lake

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units were staged near the north end of Coldwater Lake for a possible self-inflicted neck injury. Radio traffic later indicated a woman with shallow cuts on her neck, and EMS was requested to respond.
