Severe car crash reported near West State and Madison

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received an automated iPhone 911 alert reporting a possible severe car crash near South Madison Street and West State Street on the west edge of Colfax by a former business location. A deputy was sent from the Kellogg area to check the scene after the repeated alert played with no voice heard in the background.
