62-year-old man reported pulseless and non-breathing

As discussed during the dispatch call, first responders were dispatched to a location on 577th Street in Tainter Township for a reported 62-year-old man who was possibly pulseless and not breathing. A medical unit then advised others not to respond and reported arriving at the scene.
