Noise complaint over loud stereo at apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a possible noise disturbance at an apartment building near Ruby Red Drive, where loud stereo music was reported coming from an upstairs unit above the reporting party. The caller did not wish to meet with officers.
