Vehicle fails to stop during traffic stop

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted traffic stops on two vehicles near the (number withheld) block of Holiday and the (number withheld) block of Denton. One driver initially did not stop as directed and continued down a hill, leading to multiple units responding. The situation appears to have been resolved when an officer reported being out with the driver.
