Motorcycle hits car and flees scene near Eldersville

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller near Eldersville Road reported a hit-and-run crash where a motorcycle struck her vehicle by her house and did not stop. The rider briefly pulled over, appeared highly intoxicated, said he was returning from a concert, and then continued toward West Virginia in the direction of Mustangs. The only description given was a black helmet with goggles.
