Unsupervised boys reported at community center park

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a community center on West Powell Road to check on a possible juvenile neglect situation involving two young boys who had reportedly been at the playground barefoot and unsupervised for over an hour. The caller waited in a nearby car in the parking lot while officers responded.
