Noise complaint at apartment on Cherokee Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a noise complaint from a resident in an apartment building on Cherokee Street. The caller reported that someone in another unit was making a lot of noise through the walls. An officer was assigned to respond to the possible disturbance.
