Man swims onto vessel on Columbia River with no vessel found

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers coordinated with the Coast Guard and local units for a possible welfare check on a man reported to have swum to a vessel on the Columbia River near Columbia City. Crews searched the area by water and asked a St. Helens unit to check nearby docks when no vessel or navigation lights were seen.
