Vehicle stop finds pair with active protective order

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer checked on a red Jeep with no license plate parked near the restrooms at Dunn Stadium in Columbus. Two people were contacted, and it appears there is an active protective order against the male involving the female who is present.
