Tall has curly hair wearing a red hoodie. Black pants was pointing to 33 at the caller, threatening to shoot her truck. He took off southbound towards Miller in the alley. Probably thinks he's going to try to ditch the 33 and an abandoned house nearby. We don't have any description of this vehicle.
