Caregiver reports assaultive behavior at group home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a woman at a care facility on Forest Hills Boulevard who allegedly tried to strike staff and then hit her own head on a wall. Medics were requested, and it appears family planned to take her to a hospital. Police later indicated it did not appear to be a criminal matter.
