Police search for two people after library incident

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers reported a possible suspicious person who ran away from near the Hilltop Library. A man matching the description was last associated with locations near South Warren Avenue and later a possible vacant house on South Powell Avenue. Officers were also sent to an apartment complex on Grail for a possible disturbance involving a group trying to force open a door.
