Small brush fire smoldering on railroad tracks

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews and state forestry units responded to a reported brush fire on or near railroad tracks in the North Columbia area near Colville. Units arriving on scene reported no visible open flames but some smoldering material on the tracks and a small spread to the side. Responders planned to fully extinguish the remaining hot spots and notify the railroad about the incident.
