Report of driver missing after leaving residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from a confused caller near Buchanan Road about a possible missing person who left about an hour earlier in a blue pickup truck with hazard lights on and was last seen near a traffic light after heading toward a business off Highway 55. The call was treated as a code 3 emergency response.
