Smoke investigation on northbound 710 finds nothing

As discussed during the dispatch call, crews investigated a possible smoke condition on the northbound I-710 freeway south of Willow and later reported finding nothing. Separately, units responded to a medical call for a 61-year-old man at a smoke shop on East Pacific Coast Highway.
