Male found unconscious but breathing near Morgan Street Concord

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to Morgan Street in Concord for a possible medical situation involving an unconscious individual. CPR was begun and the person later regained alertness. A separate unrelated matter referencing a runaway was also mentioned in radio traffic.
